How Joseph Portelli got what he wanted

Today, Moviment Graffitti is releasing a video showing how Government’s Bills 143 and 144 are basically a developer wishlist.

The video clearly demonstrates how the Government took on board every complaint Joseph Portelli made during last May’s debate on Mercury Tower — and changed everything that had been holding him and other big developers back from doing whatever they wanted.

This Saturday 4th October, the public is invited to protest this developers’ dictatorship. The national protest ‘Ġustizzja għal Artna: Kill the Bills’ will start at 10am from the law courts.

Lil Joseph Portelli, tawh dak li ried

Il-Moviment Graffitti llum qed jippubblika filmat li jispjega kif l-Abbozzi ta’ Liġi 143 u 144 ippreżentati mill-Gvern huma essenzjalment wishlist tal-iżviluppaturi.

Il-filmat juri b’mod ċar kif il-Gvern sema’ l-ilmenti kollha li Joseph Portelli kien ressaq waqt id-dibattitu ta’ Mejju li għadda fuq Mercury Tower, u biddel dak kollu li kien qed iwaqqaf lil Portelli u żviluppaturi kbar oħra milli jkunu jistgħu jagħmlu kompletament li jridu.

Nhar is-Sibt 4 t’Ottubru, il-pubbliku huwa mistieden jipprotesta kontra din il-ħakma tal-iżviluppaturi. Il-protesta nazzjonali “Ġustizzja ghal Artna: Irtirawhom Issa” se tibda fl-10am minn quddiem il-Qorti.
