Moviment Graffitti is submitting its feedback to the public consultation on the Ħal-Ferħ Development Brief, which is seeking to establish a new use for the land in question.

We strongly oppose the re-zoning of the area for the development of luxury residential villas, when this land was originally taken from the public with the promise that it would only ever be used for touristic purposes.
