The ‘Manoel Island Post Għalina’ Campaign seeks to bring the Manoel Island issue back to light at a time when the concession between the Maltese Parliament and MIDI is being renegotiated. We’re proposing a renegotiation that would turn Manoel Island into a national park instead of private apartments. This event is to raise funds for that campaign, which, of course, has its costs. The money raised during this event will go directly back into the campaign, and all musicians and event organisers involved are volunteers. Eyes to Argus, Karmaġenn (solo) and Marie Claire are well-known and loved by the local alternative music scene and have performed at Storeroom in the past. They’ve lovingly agreed to play as a contribution to the campaign.
