DESCRIPTION:As we wind down from Women’s Day\, join us for another community discussion\, this time on the theme of Beauty\, Capitalism\, and how all this ties into Women’s Liberation. \nHow does capitalism influence our beauty standards\, and do these differ between places and people? We want to explore how beauty and capitalism affects us and how we all collectively contribute to this theme. \nThe discussion will start at 6:30pm\, and afterwards we will have a Karaoke session at 9pm. Drinks and nibbles will also be available throughout. \nThis is a safe space activity: women\, non-binary and trans people are welcome. We have a right to ask people to leave if they are making others feel unsafe.
